Return & Exchange Policy

At N E E V A, we take pride in the quality of our ethnic wear and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • You have the order receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Altered or tailored items.

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to customer handling.

3. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Email us at neeva.store10@gmail.com or call +91-97249 61794 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share order details, product images, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up or ask you to ship the product to our address.

  4. After quality inspection, we will process:

    • Exchange: Replacement item will be shipped 7 Working Days.

    • Return: Refund issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • If the return/exchange is due to a defect or wrong product sent, we will bear the shipping cost.

  • For size changes or customer preference returns, return shipping charges will apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images/videos for verification.

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost after verification.

6. International Orders

  • Currently, returns/exchanges for international shipments are not available, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
