At N E E V A, we take pride in the quality of our ethnic wear and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

You have the order receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Altered or tailored items.

Sale/discounted items (unless defective).

Products damaged due to customer handling.
3. Return/Exchange Process

Share order details, product images, and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up or ask you to ship the product to our address.

After quality inspection, we will process:

Exchange: Replacement item will be shipped 7 Working Days.

Return: Refund issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

If the return/exchange is due to a defect or wrong product sent, we will bear the shipping cost.

For size changes or customer preference returns, return shipping charges will apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear images/videos for verification.

We will send a replacement at no extra cost after verification.
6. International Orders

Currently, returns/exchanges for international shipments are not available, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
